Since every custom home is different down to the finest of details, we use the help of a cloud-based, customer-centric project management system to keep track of each of those details. Through CoConstruct, homeowners have easy access to where their timing, budget, and selections stand and are able to quickly communicate with our carefully crafted team of friendly and knowledgeable suppliers.

Wayne Warfield
President, Operations
Wayne Warfield Jr. brings over 25 years of construction experience to Warfield Homes. He has an extensive background in custom home design and renovation, along with excavation and demolition services. His primary responsibilities are the day-to-day operations and supervision of the subcontractors. Wayne and his wife, Deanna, are the proud parents of 4 children. In his spare time, Wayne enjoys working on his farm and restoring antique farm equipment.
Shannon Dulaney
Vice President, General Manager
Shannon Dulaney has a strong background in the business-related services. Prior to joining Warfield Homes 15 years ago, Shannon held several engineering, sales, and marketing positions at Rubbermaid Commercial Products. Shannon received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and his M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. Shannon and his wife, Stephanie, are the proud parents of 4 children. In his spare time, you can find Shannon at the ball field with his family or occasionally on the golf course.
